This Refunds & Cancellations Policy (the “Policy”) explains how refunds, chargebacks, and cancellations work on SimpBunny (the “Platform”). It applies to all purchases made by Fans (subscriptions, tips, PPV/unlocks, bundles) and to Creators for payouts and disputes. This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
Digital content notice: SimpBunny sells access to digital content and experiences. In most cases, once access is delivered/unlocked, the purchase is final and non‑refundable, except where required by law or this Policy.
Fan purchases: Subscriptions (auto‑renewing), PPV/unlock purchases, bundles/packs, tips, and promotional coupons.
Timing: Before and after access is delivered.
Regions: Global, with special notes for EU/UK and regional consumer laws (Section 10).
Cancel anytime: You can cancel from your Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
No pro‑rata refunds: We do not provide partial refunds for unused time in a current cycle once it has started, unless required by law.
Accidental renewals: If you did not access any subscriber‑only content after renewal, contact us within 48 hours for review. We may offer a refund or account credit at our discretion.
Creator deleted/removed: If a creator account is removed during your active subscription, we’ll issue a pro‑rata credit for remaining days, applied automatically to future purchases (refunds where required by law).
All sales final once delivered: After the content unlocks (stream begins or file becomes accessible), the purchase is generally non‑refundable.
Misleading or missing content: If the unlock clearly does not match the preview/description (e.g., incorrect post, corrupt file, no content), contact us within 24 hours. We may re‑grant correct access, replace the item, or issue credit/refund after investigation.
Technical failures: If you cannot access paid content due to a verified platform error (not device/network issues), we’ll restore access or issue credit/refund.
Non‑refundable: Tips are voluntary appreciation payments and are not refundable, except in cases of unauthorized payment or processing error.
Coupons & promos: Discounted purchases follow the same rules as full‑price purchases. Discounts are not redeemable for cash.
Free trials: If a trial converts to a paid subscription and you didn’t intend to continue, cancel promptly. We may review requests within 24 hours of conversion where there was no access to paid content after conversion.
If you notice a charge you don’t recognize:
Secure your account (change password; revoke sessions).
Contact us immediately at billing@simpbunny.com with the transaction ID, amount, and date.
We will investigate; if unauthorized use is verified, we will refund affected transactions and may assist with issuer chargeback procedures.
Filing a bank chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution. Repeated or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account limits or closure.
Window to request: Contact us within the timeframes stated above (typically 24–48 hours for content issues or accidental renewals).
What to include: account email/username, order ID(s), purchase date/time, description of the issue, device/OS/browser, troubleshooting performed, and relevant screenshots.
Where: Email billing@simpbunny.com or submit via Help → Billing Support.
Response time: We aim to respond within 2 business days and resolve most cases within 7 business days.
Depending on the situation and applicable law, resolutions may include:
Re‑granting access or replacing the item;
Account credit usable for future purchases;
Full or partial refund to the original payment method;
No action if the request falls outside this Policy.
Accuracy: Creators must accurately describe paid content. Repeated misrepresentation may lead to refunds to Fans and adjustments to Creator payouts.
Delivery: If paid content is deleted or made inaccessible without cause, we may credit/refund Fans and debit future Creator payouts accordingly.
Chargeback collaboration: Creators must respond promptly to evidence requests. Excessive chargebacks may result in holds, reserves, or account review.
EU/UK digital content: By accessing/streaming/downloading before the 14‑day withdrawal period ends, you acknowledge and expressly consent to the immediate supply of digital content and waive the right of withdrawal for that item (as allowed by law). Where you do not access content, standard withdrawal rights may apply.
Canada/US and other regions: Statutory consumer rights vary by jurisdiction. We honor mandatory rights where applicable.
Refund to card/wallet: 3–10 business days after approval (bank timelines vary).
Account credit: Applied instantly once approved.
Currency & fees: Refunded amounts are limited to the original payment currency and amount received, less any non‑recoverable processor fees where permitted by law.
We reserve the right to deny refunds or restrict accounts in cases of:
Repeated refund/chargeback abuse;
Evidence of content consumption followed by refund demand;
Violations of the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
